Den of Thieves (15) – what’s it about? A group of not
so good cops try to take down a gang of bank robbers.
This is your typical
cops v robbers movie - expect lots of action, crime and gun violence along with
lots of chasing. You know the drill. It was definitely one of those you can
just watch and enjoy and see the violent world unfold. If you don’t like gritty
action movies then this probably won’t be for you, but if you do then this will
probably be right up your street and worth looking into. I liked it but then
again I do love a good bit of violence on screen.

Tad the Explorer And
The Secret of King Midas (U) – what’s it about? Tad and the gang must try to find the golden
necklace of King Midas before the villain of the show gets his evil mits on it.
So this one is a real
kid’s movie – its more for the young ones than big kids but there were still
some bits that would amuse the adults and go straight over the kid’s heads. I
did get entertained by it, the characters and the story though simple were good
- and yes I chuckled along with it but then again I like a good cartoon. It’s
probably not worth looking into if you don’t like kids films or don’t have
young kids really, not much to say apart from that really.
